Why Coaching

Leadership can be lonely.

You’re navigating institutional pressures, systemic barriers, and the weight of making decisions that affect real people’s lives. It’s easy to feel caught between your values and your role or to wonder if you’re making the impact you hoped for.

Who I Coach

I primarily coach:

Higher education leaders, including department chairs, deans, provosts, and executive directors.

Social impact nonprofit leaders, including executives and program directors committed to justice and care.

Many of my clients are women of color in middle and senior leadership, seeking to advance their careers without compromising integrity, wellbeing, or purpose.

What Coaching Looks Like

The 10-Session Leadership Intensive

  • Ten (10) 50-minute sessions over Zoom or phone, spread across 9–12 months

  • Support between sessions, including:

    • Document review and feedback (memos, policies, communications)

    • Brief check-in calls as needed

    • Email/text availability during business hours
